Conor Purcell is an experienced, writer, editor and publisher who has created award-winning books across the world. His writing has appeared everywhere from Esquire and Rolling Stone to Foreign Policy and the Guardian. He has created a number of magazines including the independent travel magazine We Are Here and the quarterly title We Are Dublin. He also published a book about swimming spots in Ireland, At Swim, which sold out in 10 days. He published the first satirical guidebook on Dubai, The Dubai 50 and created the first mobile travel guide to Afghanistan, Wndr Kabul. He has worked with a number of brands on publishing projects including Emirates, The Abu Dhabi Tourist Board, China Airlines, Air Macau, Al Ghurair Centre, Jashanmal and the Assilah Festival in Morocco.
